HR and Administrative Assistant
Requirements
Job Responsibility:
1. Strategic Support: Based on the company's development strategy, assist in the strategic planning and implementation of human resources, organizational development, corporate culture, and other aspects.

2. Talent Management: Organize talent introduction planning, recruitment system construction, talent pipeline construction and succession planning, and support the company's key positions and high-potential talent reserves.

3. Organizational Development: Assist in conducting organizational diagnostics, promote organizational structure optimization and job competency development, and improve organizational effectiveness and stability.

4. Human Resources Management: Responsible for employee onboarding, offboarding, probation, job transfer, file management, and system data maintenance to ensure standardized and efficient human resources management.

5. Employee Relations and Care: Organize and implement employee care, communication mechanism construction, and employee satisfaction improvement plans, and promptly coordinate and resolve employee issues and disputes.
