Social Media Operations Specialist
Requirements
Job Responsibility :
1. Responsible for content creation and operation on mainstream social media platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and Facebook, to achieve user acquisition and brand exposure;

2. Manage relevant communities (such as WeChat groups, Telegram groups, Facebook groups, etc.), build a private traffic pool, and maintain user stickiness;

Job Tasks:
1. Responsible for daily account content posting (such as promotional posts, teaching materials, hot event information, etc.), daily update maintenance and comment management, and maintaining the platform account's activity level;
Responsible for daily account content publishing (eg, promotional posts, educational content, trending event updates), as well as routine updates and comment management to maintain account engagement across platforms.
2. Plan and produce content materials such as graphics, short videos, live stream announcements, and promotional activities;
Plan and create multimedia content, including images and text, short videos, livestream previews, and promotional campaign materials.
3. Monitor and respond to user interactions such as private messages, comments, and community questions in real time; handle customer basic inquiries, account guidance, recharge assistance, after-sales communication, and other service processes; and regularly provide feedback on user needs.

5. Monitor and analyze content data, and compile daily/weekly/monthly reports;
