岗位职责 / Job Responsibility:
1.战略支持:根据公司发展战略,协助进行人力资源、组织发展、企业文化等方面的战略规划与落地实施。
Strategic Support: Assist in the formulation and implementation of strategies related to human resources, organizational development, and corporate culture based on the company's development strategy.
2.人才管理:组织人才引进规划、招聘体系建设、人才梯队建设与继任计划,支持公司关键岗位与高潜人才储备。
Talent Management: Organize talent acquisition planning, recruitment system development, talent pipeline building, and succession planning to support key positions and high-potential talent reserves.
3.组织发展:协助开展组织诊断,推动组织结构优化与岗位能力建设,提升组织效能与稳定性。
Organizational Development: Assist in organizational diagnosis, promote organizational structure optimization and competency building, and enhance organizational effectiveness and stability.
4.人事管理:负责员工入职、离职、转正、调岗、档案管理等人事事务与系统数据维护,确保人事管理规范高效。
Personnel Management: Responsible for employee onboarding, offboarding, probation, position transfers, personnel file management, and system data maintenance to ensure standardized and efficient HR operations.
5.员工关系与关怀:组织实施员工关怀、沟通机制建设、员工满意度提升计划,及时协调解决员工问题与纠纷。
Employee Relations and Care: Organize and implement employee care programs, communication mechanism development, and employee satisfaction improvement plans; coordinate and resolve employee issues and disputes in a timely manner.
6.企业文化建设:协助建立企业文化体系,策划与组织文化活动,推动企业价值观在各管理制度与日常工作中的落地。
Corporate Culture Development: Assist in building the corporate culture system, plan and organize cultural activities, and promote the integration of corporate values into management systems and daily operations.
7.行政支持:统筹日常行政管理,协助总裁进行对内对外事务协调、公文管理、会议纪要及事项追踪。
Administrative Support: Oversee daily administrative management; assist the president in internal and external affairs coordination, document management, meeting minutes, and task follow-up.
8.专项事务管理:承接上级交办的重要项目与跨部门专项任务,跟进项目进度,确保高效执行与落地。
Project Management: Undertake important projects and cross-departmental tasks assigned by superiors, track project progress, and ensure efficient execution and implementation.
9.制度建设与流程优化:主导或参与人事、行政、文化等管理制度的制定与优化,持续提升管理效能与规范性。
Policy Development and Process Optimization: Lead or participate in the development and optimization of HR, administrative, and cultural management policies to continuously improve management efficiency and standardization.
工作内容/Job Tasks:
1.根据公司人力资源规划及各部门用人需求,协助制定招聘计划;
Assist in developing recruitment plans based on the company’s human resources planning and departmental staffing needs.
2.负责拓展、维护招聘渠道(如招聘网站、社交平台等),提升招聘效率及人才质量;
Responsible for developing and maintaining recruitment channels (e.g. job boards, social media platforms) to improve recruitment efficiency and talent quality.
3.参与简历筛选、初步面试及背景调查,支持招聘全流程;
Participate in resume screening, initial interviews, and background checks, and support the full recruitment process.
4.维护公司雇主品牌,提升人才吸引力
Maintain the employer brand to enhance talent attraction.
5.定期收集、分析招聘市场行情及同行业人才动态,提出招聘优化建议。
Regularly collect and analyze recruitment market trends and industry talent dynamics, and provide recruitment optimization suggestions.
6.负责员工入职、离职、转正、调岗等手续办理及系统数据更新;
Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, probation, transfers, and system data updates.
7.维护人事档案,确保员工信息完整、准确、保密;
Maintain personnel files to ensure employee information is complete, accurate, and confidential.
8.协助组织开展员工生日、节假日福利、团队建设活动及其他员工关怀项目;
Assist in organizing employee birthday celebrations, holiday benefits, team-building activities, and other employee care programs.
9.关注员工心理状态,收集并反馈员工建议或问题,协助解决员工疑问及冲突;
Monitor employees’ mental well-being, collect and report employee feedback or concerns, and assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts.
10.建立并完善员工沟通机制,促进良好工作氛围与团队协作。
Establish and improve employee communication mechanisms to foster a positive work environment and team collaboration.
11.协助策划并组织公司文化活动
Assist in planning and organizing corporate cultural activities.
12.宣传公司价值观,协助文化手册、宣传资料的制作与更新;
Promote company values and assist in the preparation and updating of culture manuals and promotional materials.
13.推动企业文化理念在日常工作及管理制度中的落地实施;
Promote the implementation of corporate cultural concepts in daily work and management systems.
14.收集员工对公司文化活动的反馈,提出优化改进方案。
Collect employee feedback on cultural activities and propose optimization and improvement plans.
15.协助公司日常行政事务,协助完成上级交办的其他人事与行政事务。
Assist with daily administrative tasks and handle other HR and administrative matters assigned by supervisors.
16.参与企业制度建设与流程优化工作;
Participate in policy development and process optimization work.
